About Kathy

Kathy Gilmore is the founder of Working Insights LLC, dedicated to enhancing social awareness, self-awareness, and team health through the transformative Working Genius framework by Patrick Lencioni. As a recently certified facilitator in this program, Kathy provides a range of valuable resources, including TEAM Map assessments and Individual Assessment debriefs, designed to empower individuals and teams to reach their full potential.

With a deep commitment to fostering productive teamwork, Kathy leverages her extensive expertise in organizational development to guide clients on their journey toward greater effectiveness and collaboration. In addition to her role at Working Insights, Kathy serves as the President of both the Valley Industrial Association and the Greater Chicago Advanced Manufacturing Partnership. She is also a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and holds an MBA, underscoring her dedication to professional excellence and impactful leadership.
